VisaCentral is VMware’s trusted provider for visas and passports for events. Please utilize the VisaCentral on-line database to verify travel requirements for your event.
If you reside in the following countries; Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, VisaCentral will be able to provide visa or passport support.
If your country of residence is not listed, you are still able to utilize this portal to verify travel requirements. If you need additional support in processing your visa, you will be directed to Newland Chase, a VisaCentral company. The fee for using Newland Chase is $800.00 per visa. Please note you may be able to process the visa less expensively on your own; however, if you have challenges with the local Consulate the VMware Event & Travel Teams are not equipped to support complicated visa questions. We will defer you to the experts at Newland Chase.
If you need an invitation letter, contact the VMware Event Team planning the event you are attending.

If you are attending from a Non-legal entity country, support letters will need to be provided from Dell/EMC HR. All visa and passport fees for events are reimbursable. Please review the expense FAQ for the event you are attending.
