You have been directed to this website to get the VisaCentral Visa Application Kits you will need to complete to obtain a travel visa for your cruise.

  • Visa Application Kits are for US passport holders only. Non-US passport holders who reside legally in the United States, please go to the Visas tab to obtain a Visa Application Kit for your nationality.  Be sure to check requirements for EVERY port you are entering.

Please read these important notes regarding some Crystal Ports of Call:

Visas Handled by Crystal Cruises for US Passport holders:  Visas for Vietnam**,  Cambodia**, Indonesia,  and Madagascar,    Visa kits are not provided for destinations being handed by the cruise line

* SOUTH AFRICA: You must have two blank facing visa pages available for entry / exit stamps.

* RUSSIA:  Guests do not need a visa if they are ONLY taking organized Crystal Adventures shore excursions.  Crystal Private Adventures, private car or van tours arranged through Crystal Cruises and operated locally by Crystal Cruises' tour operators are also exempt from requiring a visa in advance.  Individual Russian visas for INDEPENDENT travel must be arranged prior to your departure for the cruise. All passengers participating in Crystal Cruises shore excursions that include an overnight in Moscow MUST obtain an individual Russian visa prior to the cruise.

** VIETNAM: A visa is required and will be arranged for guests on board. The fee will be charged to the guests' shipboard account.  Guests should bring a color passport size photo with you to facilitate the process. Please note guests embarking in Vietnam will need a Vietnam visa in advance of sailing. 

** CAMBODIA: A single entry visa can be obtained on arrival for a fee of $50 for day of tours only.  The fee will be charged to your onboard account. One blank visa page is required. Guests who wish to have a multuple entry visa must obtain in advance of sailing. 

* World Cruise passport requirements:  Please note that you MUST have at least 16 blank visa pages if you are sailing on the Serenity World Cruise.   You must have at least six months validity on your passport beyond the completion date of your cruise.  Clearance procedures including stamps, are at the discretion of the immigration officers upon arrival in the port.
