Additional Services:
CIEE covers the standard cost of your visa as well as return shipping- there are optional additional services available that are at the expense of the student. Once Travisa has received your documentation you will be contacted by your assigned agent to collect payment for any additional services.
- Inbound Shipping $29 (to Travisa) - an optional, pre-addressed FedEx overnight shipping label is found within your application kit that includes $100 of insurance.
- Digital Photo Service $10 - this optional service allows travelers to upload a “selfie” which Travisa will adjust to the specifications of the consulate. Travisa will print as many photos as needed for the visa process.
- Rush Processing $57 - Travisa requires that you provide a passport need back date of at least (15) business days for standard processing. Travelers who need their visa in less than (15) business days will incur a rush fee.
Support Documents:
CIEE provides each student with the required student acceptance letter and other support documents required for visa processing when applicable. Each student is responsible for including those documents, if applicable, within their application package to Travisa. If you do not have the required support documents, please reach out to your CIEE Study Abroad Advisor.
